We are based in the stunning town of Alhama de Granada, situated approximately 30 miles from Granada city and 50 miles from Malaga. It's origins as an ancient thermal hot springs town, set by the magnificent gorge (Tajo), makes this town a truly special and magical place to visit.
As you approach Alhama de Granada from any direction, you’ll understand why CycleGranada is based here. The town has approximately 6000 inhabitants and is full of shops, vibrant bars and restaurants, all with a friendly Andaluz welcome. If you like to follow your training with a relaxing drink and tapa, you won’t be disappointed. Around the 2 main squares there are there are lots of choice to sample the local cuisine and enjoy a complimentary tapas with your drink.
The town also has a municipal swimming pool and thermal spa baths where you can relax and unwind at the end of a day in the saddle. Once you have sampled the delights of Alhama, you’ll be wishing you’d discovered it sooner.

Alhama de Granada boasts a wide choice of local cuisine for you to enjoy.
Whilst we offer meal options as part of our package we do encourage you to sample the local bars and restaurants. Eating out is a wonderful experience and one where you might find some distinct cultural differences. All the restaurants' prices are exceptionally good value for money and you won't pay tourist prices like you may expect in the coastal towns and big cities. You will not be disappointed !
Casa Nuestra
Sleeps upto 4
A traditional Spanish townhouse which has been carefully and patiently renovated retaining many of it's original features including wooden beams and terracotta tiled floors. The main living/kitchen/dining area has stairs leading to a roof terrace with views over the town and out toward Sierra Parapanda. Double doors from the living area open onto a balcony which overlooks the traditional Andalucian street. There is a modern designed bathroom with mosaic floor and walk in shower. Ideal for 2 people, with it's double bedroom, the house comfortably sleeps 4 as the sitting room has a curtained-off sleeping area with a pull out sofa bed. Bike storage is in the downstairs utility room.
Casa Campana
Sleeps up to 8 people
This wonderful traditional townhouse is set over 4 floors and has 4/5 double bedrooms, living areas to relax and 2 bathrooms. There is a kitchen with open dining areas and a large outdoor space in which to relax. With ample space to store bikes Casa Campana is a home from home.
